Extrusion large specification for submerged arc furnace Φ 600 ~ 800mm(φ780-φ1400mm Graphite electrode/ Carbon Electrode
At present, the max diameter of vibration formed carbon electrode and graphite electrode is Φ 1400mm. According to the conventional thinking, the larger diameter electrode should be designed and used to continuously increase the transformer capacity of the submerged arc furnace. In order to ensure the quality of large-diameter products, the investment in process and technical equipment will be huge. It is also unknown whether the level of process and equipment can meet the ideal requirements. The manufacturing cost will be far greater than that of GHP graphite electrode. Apply three-phase 6 and 9 or 12 Φ The new technology and method of 600-800mm high-quality graphite electrode layout submerged arc furnace power transmission and smelting can meet the development requirements of larger capacity submerged arc furnace, realize the production of large capacity submerged arc furnace with more than 40000 KVA, design and allow large power and large current to rapidly strengthen smelting production in a large range, expand the high-temperature melting zone at the bottom of the electric furnace, and improve smelting efficiency.
