Graphite Ball Function:

1 soft material, low sulfur, low phosphorus, no odor.
2, Graphite ball is hemispherical, and can also be suitable according to user requirements.
3, high absorption rate, lubrication and fluidity is very good, suitable for thinner casting steel water to increase carbon, easy to melt (furnace temperature up to 1350 degrees or more), the general absorption rate is about 70%.

Usage Method :

The carburizer is suitable for melting in induction furnace, but it is also different according to the process requirements.

 

(1) When carburizing agent is used in medium frequency electric furnace smelting, it can be added to the lower part of the electric furnace according to the ratio or carbon equivalent requirements, and the rate can reach more than 95%;

 

(2) If the carbon content is not enough to adjust the carbon content, the slag in the furnace shall be cleaned first, and then the carburizer shall be added, and the carbon shall be dissolved and absorbed through the molten iron heating, electromagnetic stirring or manual stirring, with the rate of about 90%. If the low-temperature carburizing process is adopted, that is, only a part of the furnace charge is melted, and the molten iron temperature is low, all the carburizer shall be added into the molten iron at one time, and at the same time, the solid furnace charge shall be used to press it in Do not expose the molten iron surface in the molten iron. This method can increase the carbon content of molten iron by more than 1.0%.
