product description:

     (Aluminum alloy) During the casting process, hydrogen generated by chemical reaction with water vapor is dispersed in the aluminum melt, resulting in internal structural defects of the final aluminum (aluminum alloy) material. In order to eliminate such structural defects, most factories adopt the "air floatation" degassing purification process, that is, injecting an inert gas such as nitrogen gas or argon into the aluminum melt, and using the dispersion and rise of the inert gas to bring the hydrogen out of the aluminum melt.       According to the different aluminum (aluminum alloy) casting process, degassing purification is also divided into two types: intermittent degassing and continuous on-line degassing.
