Product Description

High density graphite plate

Graphite Plates that are widely used in the Glass & Jewellery, and Heating & Furnace industries. Graphite plates are often used for fuel cells, electrolysis, electroplating, and other various mechanical applications where friction, heat, or electrical properties are factors. They are tough and can withstand repeated wear and tear, apart from being good conductors of heat and electricity.

Producing progress:

Raw material->Medium crushing/milling->Screening->dosing->kneading->vibrated molding->impregnation->baking->graphitization

NOTE: Our graphite sheet is made from the domestic high quality petroleum coke and needle coke, which is from China National Petroleum Corporation Daqing, Jinxi and Fushun petrochemical Company. So, we can guarantee the first-level quality.

Performance advantage:

1. High density and high temperature resistance

2. High mechanical strength

3. Oxidization retardent treatment availible

4. Long service life

5. Machined as your design

6.corrosion resistance

7.good thermal shock resistance ,

8.good electric and thermal conductivity

Graphite plates are selected based on some of the following application consideration :

According to ourexperience, most our customers don't know the graphite very much, especially the specification, such as density, grain size, electric resistance, strength and so on.

The density and grain size are the most important specification, because the grain size will influence the density and density will influence all the specification. The higher density will produce the better products and with the higher price. The price must be in direct proportion to the quantity.

If you know the graphite and its specification very much, you could choose the best material according to our offered information.

If you don't know the graphite and its specification very much, please kindly contact me. Then I will give you the best suggestion.

Some information need to be confirmed, such as size or drawing, use, working environment, in vacuum or air, working temperature and so on.

Looking for ward to your early contact.

Application

Graphite plates are often used for following:

1. Refractory material:

Widely used in the metallurgical industry.

2. Conducting material:

In the electronics industry, widely used for graphite electrode, brush,, etc

3. Wear-resisting material and lubricant:

Use graphite as wear-resisting and lubrication materials, can be 100m/s speed sliding in - 200 ~ 2000 °C temperature range, no or less lubricanting oil.

4. Sealing material:

It can be as sealing ring in the equipment, such as centrifugal pump, hydraulic turbine ,etc.

5. Anticorrosion material:

Widely used in petroleum, chemical, hydrometallurgy departments.

6. Protection materials:

Insulation, high temperature resistant, radiation

7. Furnace parts:

Resistance heating elements, induction susceptor, structural elements and charging plates, furnace linings, heat shields and covers for pulling monocrystalline silicon or optical fibers, etc.

8. Anodes for the electrolysis of metals.

9. Parts for heat exchangers.

Competitive Advantages

1.Well-experienced engineers ready to offer best metallurgy sollutions, with best performance/cost ratio graphite products.

2.Additional graphite material treatment to improve graphite parts performance through enhance strength, retart oxidation speed.  Anti-oxidation, impregnation, impermeability  Methods available

3.Precise Machining as customers' drawings and strict pre-production, during and after production  inspections

4.OEM service: Be customized as drawings, drafts or samples.

5. Drawing design available
