Product Description

Graphite Electrodes
The graphite electrode is made of low ash powder raw materials such as high-quality petroleum coke, imported needle coke and high-quality coal asphalt. It is made into graphitized semi-finished products through the processes of calcination, batching, kneading, forming, multiple roasting and impregnation and graphitization. Finally, it is finely processed by a professional CNC lathe. The products have low resistivity, low ash content, uniform structure, good thermal vibration resistance, high mechanical strength It is an excellent material for electric furnace steelmaking and submerged arc furnace smelting.
