Product Description

The process is as follows: polyacrylonitrile-based carbon felt (Pan based Carbon felt, Graphite felt ) or viscose-based carbon felt is cut into required sizes, rolled into a tube and loaded into a container made of graphite material, the graphite container is placed in a high-temperature furnace (the high-temperature furnace is a graphite tube furnace, a medium-frequency, high-frequency induction furnace or a high-temperature furnace of other heating forms), and is protected by vacuuming or passing high-purity inert gas, and is heated to 2200-2500°C at a heating rate of 100-300°C/h, and then naturally cooled to 100°C.
