1. The specifacationof the carbon anode: water: 1.5%, ash:1.5%, volatile matter: 1%, total sulfur 1.5%, fixed carbon 98% heat 8,000 calories.
2. The carbon anode can be reused in the process of anode material production after cleaning.
After crushing and sifting, the carbon anode is divided into different particle sizes, including 1-3cm blocks, 3-8cm blocks, 8-20cm blocks, and hand-carried blocks and whole blocks of more than 20cm and 1ton blocks, or any size requiquired by the customer.
3. Graphite Electrode Scraps/granular is made from the remnants of graphite electrode (RP, HP, UHP grade).And, it is widely used as the best kind of recarburizer for producing high quality steel, special steel or other related metallurgical industries, because of its high fixed carbon content, low sulfur content and high absorb rate.
Besides, it also can be used in plastic and rubber production as an additive.
4. The graphite electrode comes from the different grade graphite electrode.
