In order to eliminate such structural defects, most factories adopt the "air floatation" degassing purification process, that is, injecting an inert gas such as nitrogen gas or argon into the aluminum melt, and using the dispersion and rise of the inert gas to bring the hydrogen out of the aluminum melt. According to the different aluminum (aluminum alloy) casting process, degassing purification is also divided into two types: intermittent degassing and continuous on-line degassing. Graphite materials have become the material of choice for making degassing rotors due to their high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, high strength and non-wetting properties with aluminum melt.
